By registering and/or placing an order as an unregistered user (guest), the User agrees to the Terms herein and the Privacy Policies. Using our website and Services effectively following an update to the Terms constitutes acceptance of any changes that have been made in the interim.
Services Description
www.islimagames.com is an online shop for Islima Games products (Products) and its partners.
Terms of Sale
Orders: By placing an order on our website, you warrant that you are old enough to enter into a contract for the purchase of goods and services in your country, and that you are old enough to purchase any age-restricted items you select. You should receive a confirmation email once your order has been received. This email should indicate our acceptance of your order.
Payments: All orders (and any shipping fees) must be paid through PayPal.
Delivery: In accordance with the delivery option selected at the point of checkout, the Products will be delivered to the address specified in your order. Details on delivery schedules can be found in the courier’s Terms & Conditions.
Product Availability: All reasonable efforts are made to ensure that the availability of Products on our website is accurate. If a product is not available due to improper availability display, you’ll be promptly notified and given the option to be refunded or to wait until the product becomes available again.
Claims: Claims must be sent within 7 days of receiving a package if there is damage during transport. Once this period has expired, the forwarder company will reject the claims automatically. Replaceable game boxes are not available. It is important to note that the forwarding company will determine unquestionably whether to accept the claim and whether to reimburse. The deadline for filing a claim for a lost or unreceived package is 120 days from the date of shipment.
Errors: For mistakes such as wrong addresses, missing recipients, not picking up at courier/postal warehouses, etc., you will have to pay shipping for the new delivery. The Products will be sent again without charge if they fail to be shipped by our mistake. Game reshipping will not be done without investigating what went wrong with the original shipment.
Shipments: We use postal services or couriers (NPCIRI, DHL, etc.). The contents of orders may be separated into different shipments or combined in a single shipment. Neither additional costs nor a refund will be due to you as a customer in such a case.
Guarantees
General terms
- In the event of any invalidity, unlawfulness or unenforceability of any of these Terms by any competent authority, such term, condition or provision will be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will remain valid to the fullest extent possible.
- We are bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other documents explicitly referred to in these documents.
- Islima Games reserves the right to modify and amend these Terms from time to time.
- Whenever any changes to these Terms are made, they will be posted on the Website.
- When you order Products from us, you will be subject to the Policies and Terms in effect at that time.
